Bad service

i bought a Br Smart Flask in TEVO-DIAMOND CLUB the flask took a long time for it to be delivered whilst i was promised after two debits from my account i will receive it. When i received it it was not in a good condition and i returned it and it took a month for it to be returned only to my surprise it was was not the flask that i was i waited for a month for but a kitchen boss blender. The service i have received in is company is worse than bad. Now i have to wait for another week to receive the smart flask i bought .This service is of lowest standard
