1. I bought a mirabelle diamond ring from this company. One of the on the web designs.

The first time I took it back was couple of +- a couple of months later was because few of the 1 pointe diamonds looked black. It was rectified. The next time I took back the Same ring was because the bigger diamond fell off. I thought it was lost but few months later found it in the house. Thank God. Martin is the person who owns Diamfin. He said he would send it back to the person who made the ring is an old jeweller apparently. The rules around keeping this this intact or together is that you don't sleep with it, eat with it, clean with it, let it pull onto clothing when putting on the clothing, no gyming with it, or do anything with it for that matter. As Martin puts it fine jewelry is supposedly too delicate for the above. He Compares it with a cellular phone. No responsibility is taken for any flaws in inferior workmanship whatsoever. The jeweller has since died. The jewelers son Pascal mention that the design of that ring is not that of durability. He suggests that he ring be redesigned to that of durability but a further fee is involved.

A second ring was taken in for redesigning. I provided a pic. On this ring each diamond should have had 4 claws on each diamond because of the size of the diamond but only two claws were made for each diamond which is unacceptable as the diamonds can fall out and Martin will never own the responsibility on his part or that of jewelers. Once again I'm told that a further fee do the work that was to be done in the first place.

Totally unreliable for new or redesigned jewellery .

This type of carelessness is unacceptable...
