Diamfin Bad Manufacturing

One of the stones on my fiance's ring came out and I ask them to fix it and they say it is because of wear and tear. Another jeweler had a look and he said the stones was set badly. He also advice me that according to the consumers protection act you got 180 days to complain and it still within that period. I will take it to the ombudsman as well
