Dont buy Dials and Styles watches. Bad quality, no accountability
I bought 5 watches from Dials and Styles and paid R1 138. Had endless hassles with the delivery company DSV. They were “ failing” to make delivery despite the fact that i had someone at home waiting them. Finally the watches arrived. Within 48 hours two of the watches were broken. The straps came of because the flimsy pins holding them in place came out. I was lucky to find the pin and put it back. My daughter was not so lucky. She lost the pin. She can no longer wear it. When i contacted Dials and Styles they asked for a picture of the watch, and concluded i had tampared with the watch and refused to refund or replace the watch. Cheap is not always better, you get what you pay for.

As with any 'story', there are two sides to it. This reviewer has withheld half of the facts to make us out to be villains. She contacted us via social media with a dark and blurry picture saying that there was a pin that had come out of one of the watches. I responded asking for a better picture and never heard from her again. AND there was absolutely no mention of there being a problem with another watch as well. Had she responded to our request we would have resolved the problem amicably by either replacing the watch or getting it repaired at our cost.
We stand accountable for all our products that we supply and are proud of our service record.
