Zero star according to me

Zero star according to me. I am not happy at all with dial direct at all. The treatment I’ve received and moreover now…They debited my account for the month of February and today I called to cancel effective from 25 February as my new insurance kicks in, they sent me a letter stating my policy is canceled from today. That can’t be correct as I’ve literally paid for this months cover. They have bad service and treated me unprofessionally and continue to do so as I seek cancellation from 25 February when my new policy starts. Please address this I am extremely disappointed with them and will never recommend any of my circles to them.
