Zero assistance

I have made a claim for scratch and dent since last year August with Dial Direct and since then I have not been assisted. They closed my claim without communicating with me and when I logged a complain they reopened it last month but till today no communication from any as to how we proceed further. When I try calling no one answer I will wait till my airtime runs out but premiums they are collecting every month.
