YET ANOTHER *********** INSURANCE PROVIDER YADA YADA USELESS

I am extremely upset i phoned and cancelled my policy before the end of june and your consultant told me it would be cancelled. (MY STUPIDITY FOR PUTTING TO MUCH TRUST IN YOUR CONSULATANT AND NOT GETTING THEIR NAME!!) it turns out it wasnt cancelled!! i couldnt understand why i was penailised by the bank for insufficient funds last month. and today another debit order goes off!! *** i need this money for money for my debit orders!! i really thought dial direct was NOT as *********** as other insurance companies i guess i was wrong !!!

I WANT THIS POLICY CANCELLED AT 8AM TOMORROW MORNING AND MY FUNDS REIMBURESD ASAPP !! I WILL NEVER USE DIAL DIRECT OR RECOMEND TO ANYONE!!!
