Wrote car off want to underpay insured amount

Its been a nightmare since 26 September. I had to keep calling. A truck did not come until I got hold of the towing lady. I heard nothing until days later when I mailed. Then I called. Then I mailed again. All I got was: its in process. Called again. Then got mail saying car written off have to wait. Nothing again until I call I mail I threaten. I get asked to WhatsApp pictures of pole car crashed into. Then i get told u must return the hire car - which ive paid for in the package by friday 13th they giving me R192000. I responded no sorry cannot even leave home till next week anyway. We call Kia and get retail values on exact car/year etc - R225-250k based on mileage. And mine was low mileage top of range. Sent in all my evidence and disputes and now silence. I got an sms today saying return hire car by monday!! I havent even got my settlement and i paid for this hire car!!
