WRONG MAKE OF VEHICLE INSURED

After close to 2 years that I had all my vehicles and home contents insured with Dial Direct. I realised that I was over charged for a Turbo Audi which I did not drive. I have queried this with Dial direct and they paid me back 1 months difference in premiums, I requested the recording of where I took out the insurance and I was not even given the option to state the motor capacity of my vehicle. <br> <br> I have to phone them every single day to follow up on this refund but to no avail. Everyday it is the same story, your refund is now with management in order to do the correct calculations as they have unnecessary charged me a higher amount and when I phone last year for them to review my policy and instalment and they dropped it with R300.00 and that stage. <br> <br> It is just annoyed with the fact that if you owe them money you must pay in immediately or they kick you off the insurance, but when they have to pay you they can take there time. <br> <br> PLEASE CAN YOU PULL UP YOUR SOCKS OR I WILL CHANGE MY INSURANCE AS YOU ARE NOT HELP FULL AT ALL.
