Worst terrible service ever.

I had a flat tyre and called Dialdirect. I was with my 3 children. My call was cut like 3 or 4 times. No one called me back! I waited almost 2 hours for anyone to come out and assist me. Finally my husband had to come and change the Tyre. Almost 3 hours later I get a call from the tyre company asking where we were!! At that point we had been assisted by my husband and were sitting and eating safetly. No one called to find out how we were doing during the 3 hour wait! 3 weeks later I get a call to Raye service. They said they would look into what happened. That was 2 months ago. No response. Terrible terrible service. And I pay more than R1000 for what?????
