Worst experience with Dialdirect!!!!

I had the worst experience ever with them, my house was burgled twice in one year. With the first break in we had no insurance, after that we decided to take insurance out which we then went with Dialdirect. We then had a second break in a couple of months later. We then decided to use out insurance to claim for our things and they took about 3 months later after many calls telling us they cannot process our claim we do not have proof of certain things and therefore they cancelling the contract with us. Unfortunately we did not wanted to go through the long process of fighting back and just left everything. Now two years later this is now a problem to other insurance companies like Outsurance and Nedbank insurance not wanting to cover my car because of dialdirect but a big thumbs up to Old mutual but im really not impressed with this because i was thr proof that my house was burgled and everything adds up. Dial Direct really gave us the worst experienced as if im the ******** which planned all this. Just a heads up for people please be carefull.
