Worst ever warranty insurance

Dial direct is not even a star worth, i had a problem with my car ignition, dial direct sent me to an MRI garage to go check it out and that was on last week Wednesday, i tried to get hold of them only till today to say that my claim is unsuccessful, never did they mentioned in the beginning that the starter ignition is not covered now i have to pay R624 out of my own pocket to get my car released from the garage, they are so pathetic with there service, i regret joining them.
