Worst customer service EVER
Its been months of complaining about the app not working and no paybacks but they just wipe their behind with the complaints and pushing up the premiums with 30% on certain items.
Even when asking about the premiums NOTHING gets said or any feedback given.
Stay away from this insurance. And watch their default comments, instead of calling the client they going to request to please send a pvt message for us to assist you with no reply after that.
