worst car insurance and their panelbeaters are croocks

I was involved in an accident in April, dial direct sent my car to plantinum auto panelbeater in polokwane who now is full of story, they damaged my car even worse, they say they are failing to fix the car after they stripped it and stole most of the parts, now my insurer (dial direct) refuse to get involved, i have laid complaints after complaints

now i am left with no car and no one wants to take responsibility
