Worlds most useless insurance company?!!!

Daildirect, get your act together, you are failing your customers, I've been waiting for 2 months for my car. And this is due to your negligence on the digital vehicle assessment, you are causing delays, but you know how to deduct funds from my account on time. After being with you for 5 years and this being my first claim ever, I'm going to cancel with you.. You are useless... Waste of time and money..
