Wonderful service from Dialdirect. Reginald Mukhithi, you are THE MAN!

I am absolutely stoked to be able to write this review, which may come as a surprise to many who were not as fortunate to have experienced the same. I am insured with Dialdirect and was involved in a motor vehicle accident a few months ago. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the respective persons responsible for my claim. From the assessors (Koos Roux and Jan Owen from Telesure) who were extremely helpful and sensitive towards my needs in retrieving my personal items from the wreckage, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation. Then, to what I would call the main star of my experience, Reginald Mukhithi in the claims department, what can I say - I cannot thank you enough for your assistance and constant swift support in getting things done for me, albeit we have never met face to face prior to this. From our very first interaction, I told you how happy I am to be dealing with you, and throughout my experience, you have been extremely helpful. During the time my claim was being finalized, I received numerous calls from other insurance service providers trying to get me to switch, but I can rest assured that I am in good hands with Dialdirect, because as they called me to try and get my commitment, so too did Reginald keep me updated and at ease regarding my existing case. Your customer-centric approach in dealing with your clients and their claims really is worth noting. Well done Dialdirect, you have successfully retained this customer through a seamless, effective claims procedure. This was the very first time I was ever involved in a MVA and also the first time I ever had to claim from my insurance. I can honestly say that I had a good experience. Through your excellent levels of service and your willingness to assist your clients, I commend you and I really hope you give the needed individuals the recognition they deserve.
