Wonderful customer service from Thabile.I really enjoy dealing with people who make it easier to deal with more especially because it's over the phone.explains how they cannot give me more discount perfectly 🤣🤣I know I would have preferred my premium to never go up but always go down however I really love it when someone brings me to understand why it cannot go too down and make me feel safe to keep insuring my personal stuff with them.here is a 10 star for super excellent customer service
