Windscreen claim reset the payback bonus.
I am with dialdirect from 2016 and No claims till now.Only had windscreen replacement once. Now my payback bonus reset to 2028.When i took the policy consultant told me windscreen claims not count to reset the payback bonus. Can you guys please clarify.
