Why you shouldn’t insure with DialDirect!

I have attempted multiple times to try and contact this insurance provider regarding a claim, whether it through the app or escalating it through their complaints department and yet no one had called me back. Spending hours and more of my own money trying to get a hold of them. What’s the point of your app if you can’t even get communicate “by the next business day” as you’ve stated? This is my second claim with you and the second claim you have failed to address in any sort of timely manner.
