Why is my bank account still debited after products were cancelled?

<p>My wife cancelled both her car insurance and VAP product last month via email. The car insurance has been cancelled but why is the VAP debit order still going off? That was also cancelled? Please do not give me lame excuses as to why the VAP was not cancelled. Refund my wife her last debit order and cancel the VAP as requested.</p>
