Why does Dialdirect send us to ***** panel beaters. Dialdirect sent me to Auto Magic panel beaters, they promised my car will be ready on the 2nd of August 2024. I still do not have my car as I write this on the 19th of August 2024. My car is used for business, and I have been unable to earn income all this time. My twin 5-year-olds have been forced to walk long distances to and from school as I cannot afford the transport fees.

Auto Magic just sends ridiculous updates on SMSs. Nobody at Dialdirect cares and they are not assisting me to get my car back. I am so GATVOL. Avoid Auto Magic and Dialdirect!
