Why bother

So you call them after the storm plus lightning that damaged the gate motors and garage door motor and pool pump asking them to send someone who can come and help and you get a ref# and 2 hours plus later someone comes in but he tells you they actuallly sent a wrong person as he cant help and what is strange is that they never bothered to check if the very person they sent came and if he was able to assist. <br> <br> Great custormer service! Great indeed! <br> <br> I am starting to shop around for a better company to service my needs, imagine if we were stranded in the middle of nowhere with a car breakdown!
