WHY ARE YOU DEBITING WHEN I CANCELLED. PLEASE STOP MIXING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH POLICY NUMBERS I DON NOT KNOW OF!!!

I cancelled my scratch and dent cover because they kept of debiting different amounts every month. It’s been atleast 2 months since I cancelled they debited me today for something I don’t even know. Very ***********, all departments are nonsense honestly because I have been trying to resolve this since last year. I explained so many times that I want only the car insurances. Last they even inserted my account on a another person’s policy number busy debiting. It’s worst honestly!! Please give me back my money and tired of always disputing nonsense
