What great turnaround times and ease of claim!
My husband's phone happened to go through a wash cycle (the cleanest iPhone in PTA!) and needless to say is irreparable. From the 1st call lodged to assessment and resolution of claim it took less than 4 days! great service, thank you Jeremiah & Dialdirect!
