What do we pay for?

Please explain to me what portable possession cover means. How can it not be covered outside my yard??? I've had this policy for years and only claimed once. Now that i want to claim you come with stories. Go and listen to the recording when I joined. Now you are explaining different. You guys are steeling peoples hard earned money.
