What bad or NO service!
2015-12-01<br> From Mr *** (You only a number with Dial Direct!)<br> To Dial Direct insurance company<br> As a non-respected customer from Dial Direct I would raise a complaint<br> <br> Yesterday 30 November 2015 I tried to open an emergency claim with Dial Direct at 12H38. I had a bursting pipe at my home.<br> <br> It is now 11H30, nearly one day later. No call from somebody and still with a leaking water pipe. Water shut down. First claim with Dial Direct and this is the service I get!!!

I'm still with Dialdirect, why I don't know. My vehicle is in for repairs for nearly a month now. I don't get any feed backs on the staus of my vehicle. I send an email to them early this mornining to contact me but with no results!!!
