What an Excellent Service I had received!!!!

Wow!! I am so delighted and don't even know where to start. Okey, (Sigh!!)..On the 16th June I was hijacked and my car was damaged and even the sound system was ******. Fortunately the vehicle was recovered. On the 19th of June I contacted my Insurer Dial Direct and a professional consultant assisted me with the claim (pity I have forgotten the name, not sure if she said Busi) and advised that a Claims consultant would call me in 48 hours time. To my surprise! the following day I was contacted by Marilize Cooper. She is very professional I must say and I do not remember if I have ever dealt with someone who manifest such a degree of professionalism and courtesy. She explained everything regarding the claim process and advised of all the required documentation. She was making follow up call often and kept me updated as to what would happen next. My claim was settled and I must say I am so much delighted. Dial Direct really has an asset and we as clients are looking forward to consultants like Marilize and I want to believe that all other consultants in the organization are looking up to her. You know I have heard people bad mouthing this organization and today I can Boldly say that they are talking lies.
