What a question
Got a call from Mr Mabaso working at the value added department regarding the tyre warranty,I told him I'm not interested,he was rude to an extent that he asked that "Do u think u will afford Ur excess".Never left so belittling and disrespected like this.I am planning on leaving Dial direct and look for other car insurance company that will show me respect
