What a bunch of shysters. Yesterday I got a quote for my new car excess R3800.00 and car hire comprehensive insurance all inclusive R530.00 a month. Today I phoned them again and increased the excess to R4800.00 and took away the car hire. Guess what the quote was R530.00 a month. Talk about been *****ed. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was cut off. THE SAD THING IS I AM AN EXISTING CLIENT WITH NO CLAIMS> DIAL DIRECT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSEVES!!!!! GUESS YOU WILL NOW LOOSE MY EXISTING POLICY AS WELL. PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE OF HOW THEY CAN ***** YOU.
