Well, despite the very disturbing recovery regarding my supposed Comprehensive cover Dial Direct [ my Insurer for close to 3 years ] that has been ESCALATED. ( Awaiting Pos Feedback ) Be assured I want to make use of this valuable opportunity to commend and thank Revona Govender ( Retention ) for listening inventively and at the same time for her professionalism in this here regard. She is friendly, assisted me in a manner that is of utmost service excellence. With that said. I do hope that my predicament is as smooth and pleasurable as speaking with Ms.V Govender
