WE NEED MORE STAFF LIKE HIM

I would just like to commend Wisdom Maluleke (Hope the spelling is correct) for excellent service. I phoned to cancel my policy with Dial Direct and I was actually anxious whilst making the call because I've had my fair share of rude consultants in the past. What a blessing it was to have spoken to this gentlemen. I explained to him the reason for my call and he assisted me in a courteous and professional manner. He explained the pros and cons very diligently, but he wasn't at all rude when I explained that I would still like to cancel.
