Very Patient

I needed to add a vehicle to my Policy. I already had other policies with DialDirect but it was somewhat all over the place. After trying to add my vehicle straight forward Vincent noticed that it is going nowhere and basically re-did all my policies and bundled into one and managed to get to a good premium. Now I have one policy with 4 different products and all is clean and clear. I was on the phone for over an hour but all is sorted now. Vincent was very patient repeating all details again and answering my questions with a great attitude.
