Very disspointed

I am receiving no assistance from the legal department to recover my money that I have paid for access. They are telling me about investigations when Discovery has not even heard from them.

So disappointed as to how I have to run around while I do have an insurance that takes my money every month, at first it was vehicle hire and now the legal department is dragging their feet. The Dr Mashego is insured with discovery and dialdirect is telling me otherwise, I have been in touch with discovery so many times but they keep saying my insurance hasn't been in contact with them.
