Very disappointed in Dial Direct

My car was broken into, early hours of Sunday morning. I was on my way back to my place. When I had a flat tyre, then I went out of the car and decided to walk to the petrol station for assistance. Then on my way there I met 2 guys who were gonna assist me, then as I opened the car boot, it was opened, then I was confused coz I locked it when I left and I had checked, then I went to drivers side and discovered it was also open. Then I went in and checked and went to the boot and saw that my Jekkyl& Hyde bag containing my phone, flat keys etc then I called someone for the spare key and they broke the padlock,l went to report this on Monday at the police station and one officer said it could be remote jamming and I didn't know what he was on about! I called Dial Direct and this lady said they are not sure if I the claim will be paid because there is no physical damage, this morning she calls me and says it's been rejected because of no physical damage. I was like \what the hell"then she says I can speak to the manager"
