Vehicle claim

I was in an accident back in October last year. At the time I had Dialdirect as my business car insurer. When the insured good was in an accident I was the one driving but using the business vehicle for private use. My package with them is that I have a designated driver for business use, then myself for private use. They rejected my claim citing false information saying I was using the vehicle for business purpose. Ombudsman also ruled in their favor. Believing in the false information other than the facts I put to them.
