Useless insurance

I hit a pot hole in the morning after 5am, my car tyres were damaged 2 of them. I have logged a claim and I cancelled it because it was gonna delay me on my travelling Friday. They towed my car from Ormonde to Sandton. I have withdraw my claim and they are refusing to tow my car bacj to me or to where I am going o fix it in my expense.
