Useless Dial Direct

I have insured my car with Dial Direct and took added covers for Rims and Tyres, Scratch and Dent and sound.

I have been paying my covers without failed till recent where i was involved in an accident and my car needed to be repaired with sound however they have been sending me from a pillar to post.

I have sent them all the required details including the motivation letter they've requested and still now they cant help me. Dial Direct is a very useless company that is not reliable and i would like or advise SA citizen not to do business with them. They will disappoint you when you need help.

They cant replace my car sound, repair scratches on my car and even approve my rims claim. I m busy searching for a better company that i can do business with and leave this useless, robbing company.

If you want to be happy, stay away from Dial Direct Insurance company.
