Useless as always

On the 14th Dec 2023 I posted a complaint on hellopeter about the lack of service. Up to now no one even bothered to contact me. I posted a complaint on Dial directs website and still no one bothered to contact me. Is this now what we as Customers pay for? You quick to take your money every month but once it comes to customers logging something you plainly just ignore us. Well guess what? If you can't even bother to contact me about a valid complaint, then you will no longer get a cent from me. I pay for service rendered and up to now no service received.
