<p>Today I called dial direct as I had an emergency and my calls just rang without being answered. I went to Facebook and Twitter to voice my frustration, got some stupid reply that they are sorry and wanted my numbers so their consultant will contact me. I waited and waited nothing, sent a message again got silly reply that my call has been escalated and some consultant will call. As I write this, it's 19:58 no call nothing imagine if I didn't hyundai roadside assist I could be stranded in the middle of nowhere but I'm paying insurance every month and worse increased my premium without informing me. I must start looking for insurer that will value me as client and answer their in time of need.</p>
