Upping premium without consent - smoke and mirrors “cash back”

Over the span of one year my premium went up 30% with no communication from Dialdirect. This happened after I opted out of their “cash back” (which never gave anything meaningful back) and went on a lower premium. Since doing this I have somehow been opted back into this cash back system and my premium hiked 30% with zero communication.
