<p>I called their useless tow line (***) 4 consecutive times before I spoke to their call centre agent (Cheslyn). Who told me assistance will be there in 1.5 hours which I wasn’t happy about as I was very close to major highways and theres always tow vans there. 3 hours later, I had to organise my own tow truck which cost me R 1000 because their assistance still hadn’t arrived even after more than 5 fruitless calls to them.</p> <p>I want my money back and even thinking of switching to another provider because I don’t trust if they will come through if I ever get stuck again.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse, I called the same line 3 months ago stuck in Carltonville and the idiots called a tow line from Mafikeng to assistance me; which was going to have me wait for 4 hours!!!! I had to make another plan as well, which I did!!!!!!</p>
