Unsatisfactory client service- Claims

I have been with dial.direct insurance for over 9years and never claimed even once. I had an accident over the weekend which I submitted a claim for then the start asking me for documents I provided them when I joined their company and million other information which is available in their system. Failing which my claim will be withdrawn. I am grateful that I am receiving such disgusting service with my claim being a minor claim, who knows what could have happened if I was in a drastic accident. I have claimed with myway and the process was quick and seamless.

Dail direct service is slow and there is no commitment to assist me.

I wish I knew years back that this is how they treat their customers after years of uninterrupted payment.
