Unreliable app and the customer service and IT department
I have been complaining about the app for months on end and it all falls on to deaf ears I even took the liberty to send an email to onlineappsupport gicing them a breakdown of my trips versus the score of my overall driving, which is confusing if you have so many 5 star trips against 1 star trips and the answer from them is just you need a minimum of 8 trips to be scored and thats it Ive been 4 star driver since the 16th of March till today and ive been doing 5 star trips since
