Unprofessional service

I regret joining this insurance company. I joined them since from December 2019. As a short term policy I then put in some claims with them. The lady by the name of Reinette called me and she accused me of untruthful claim because I haven't been with them for a long time but I'm have a list of claims. Instead of sending the assessor she rudely accused me I ended up telling her to cancel all The claims because she accused me of lying. And she did and made a reason of a dual policy an excuse when I called to find out what's happening I spoke to Elsie Monday morning and she asked me to send her my other policy documents of which I did. No response still Cant believe that the so called number one Fsp is disappointing so much. So much for a so called short term (you pay you get covered immediately) they don't even ask questions Now I don't have a fridge and a washing machine in this lock down era.
