Unprofessional poor customer service Dialdirect
I wanted a quote for ANOTHER vehicle of mine. I just wasted 25 minutes of my time talking to a dial direct consultant who is working under supervision.
PLEASE Dial direct, DO NOT waste my time getting an agent 'under supervision' to call me again!!
I would like a sales MANAGER to call me ASAP.
