Unilateral Premium Increase
I asked Thandokazi the below question and until today Dialdirect has not answered but increased my premium even after I provided proof that my car has a tracking unit: Why is the premium now R1945.86 from R1836.77 if the in the absence of the tracking unit information escalated the premium to R2006?
Please keep the house content quote on hold, I will not be taking it now.
