Unhappy Customer
I love Dialdirect and I cancelled my policy today. I'm dissapointed with the service I received from their digital department. No one could help me with the application. It's not working. Over and above the terrible application Altech Netstar installed a useless tracker.
Dialdirect you the best. Please don't associate with useless companies like Altech. You going to lose a lot of customers. Check the number of complaints on Netstar.
