UNHAPPY CLIENT

I had claimed for scratches and dents was told to go and do a quotation at Daves Panelbeaters worst mistake ever the treatment I got from Daves was so bad I left without a quotation. I called my insurance to tell them what had happened the guy said I can go to a panel beater that I usually use to see if they will be cheaper which I did. I sent the quote then called my dial direct as instructed but I was told they cant use that panel beater which I went to so what ****ed me off is that I drove to these places for nothing. So I told them to put me through to cancellation department the attitude I got from Clayton Lewis was appalling as a dissatisfied client he didnt even try and find ways to solve my issue and when I requested to speak to his manager he told me he was busy which I then dropped the phone. I use to recommend this insurance to friends and family but after today am done!!!!!!!!!!!
