So I have been in an accident on the 21 of January 2019, it was not my fault as the other driver skipped the stop street and I drove into him then... I had to pay the access of R3750 and dial direct said they will get back the access for me... no one has since contacted me regarding this... I phoned twice and their response was they could not get hold of the other party... Please can this be sorted out ASAP as it is almost 7 months back already
