UNHAPPY
Im very unhappy with Dial Direct, first they delayed to assist me with my claim, after weeks of following them around they come back give me a wrong insured value and wrong excess, they are using expensive service providers and hence I now have to be prejudiced, I'm not happy with my claims settlement bcos of the excess they gave me I would never ever agree to such a high excess and since they first gave me a wrong sum insured im convinced even this excess is wrong, I want proof that I did agree to this ridiculous excess.....Im really tired of this drama
